Inspired by traditional craftsmanship, Kyocera developed a knife that reflects its Japanese cultural heritage.

Handcrafted by expert artisans in Seki Japan, the unique dark pakka wood handle with stainless steel elements is not commonly used due to the fact that it is time consuming to produce.

  • High-performance knife for everyday tasks like slicing herbs, dicing, and boneless meats.
  • Handle provides a natural, ergonomic feeling, contoured to the palm and ultimately enhancing the cutting performance.
  • Blade: 16cm, black zirconia ceramics (Z206), hand-cut
  • Handle: pakka wood with stainless steel inlays
  • Made in Japan

For this series, Kyocera was awarded "Best in Category" for Cutlery & Cutting Tools by the 2013 Housewares Design Awards.
